For our KAIROS N°6, we are proud to collaborate with the Service-Club : La Table Ronde N°6 of Neuchâtel and we produced a one-time batch of 400 magnums of this magnificent single vineyard selection.
All profits will be donated to Pro junior Arc jurassien in Neuchâtel to benefit disadvantaged children in our region.
This Pinot Noir, matured in barrels, is a beautiful example of balance and sharpness. Its deep ruby hue and aromas of vanilla and blackcurrant make it a great wine.
It is well suited to poultry but really comes into its own as an accompaniment to beef, lamb, and game.
