The year 1603 marks the beginning of our family's history at Château d'Auvernier. More than four centuries and fifteen generations later, this selection pays tribute to this living legacy.

Featuring four vintages with distinct personalities, the 1603 Selection embodies our creative freedom and our constant pursuit of authenticity. These wines are crafted with meticulous care, allowing each grape variety to reveal its unique character—a balance of freshness, finesse, and depth.

Sélection Sous Bois

Aged in 228-liter barrels for one year, these wines will be the stars of your table. Their complexity stems from the combination of oak aging and the winemaker’s expertise. The grapes come from vineyards selected specifically for this aging process.

The type of oak and how it is used depend on the grape variety for which it is intended.
